After filling out the form, upload both the completed document and your chosen graphic. Our publishing schedule is as follows: Winter (January - March), Spring (April - June), Summer (July - September), and Fall (October - December). Please note all submissions are due no later than 15 days before each newsletter release. All pricing information is based on a per issue basis."
